My name is Kimberly Morgan. I am a born and raised Southern girl, in her late 20′s, who grew up in the deep south of Mississippi. I now live with my beautiful baby boy and amazing husband in Las Vegas, NV.
I never thought I’d end up living in a big city or being a military wife, but I am, and I love both!

This blog was born about the same time my son was. I have prided myself in being a career woman most of my short life. I have had a full time job since I was 14 years old, and truly excelled in the work world. I knew that being a mother was in my future, and was just as certain that I would be a stay at home mom. I never knew, however, the challenges and triumphs that would come with that role.
In the past eight months of leaving a career based life and becoming the CEO of my family, I have not only overcome the challenges, but I have found that I am truly passionate about what I do. I love to meal plan, to save money, to organize and clean. I love learning new things about healthy nutrition for my family, and ways to inexpensively decorate my home. I have discovered a wealth of information on ways to not only be a great stay-at-home mother, but on ways to truly thrive in that job!
This blog started out as a way to help others save money and find good freebies. It will still be used in that aspect, but I am taking it to a new level now. I will be submitting guest posts from true homemaking experts. I will be teaching ways to organize your home and lives, ways to budget and save, ways to educate your children. I will be sharing with each of you a glimpse into my life as I clumsily make my way to becoming an Expert Homemaker. Hope you enjoy the ride!
